– Geriau suprasti Lietuvos inovacijų ekosistemą, ypatingą dėmesį skiriant kliūčių identifikavimui;
– Didinti informuotumą apie galimą skirtingų ES finansavimo programų sinergiją;
– Dalintis patirtimi apie Struktūrinių fondų ir Bendrosios Programos panaudojimą MTEPI (mokslinių tyrimų, eksperimentinės plėtros ir inovacijų) sistemų tobulinimui;
– Identifikuoti galimus tolimesnius ES narių veiksmus.
