While the project is stepping to the international arena faster and faster, there were some important changes by the decision of council. Mindaugas Jonušas was the leader of the project for more that a year, and now he became it’s chairman, sections will be guided by their leaders. This change of duties is needed because the word „leader” doesn’t say anything about it’s duties impact one the project and importance, and it can be the reason of confusion. Mindaugas Jonušas who is officially the chairman of this project spoke about this decision of council, this step had to be taken earlier because the same and abstract naming of the leaders of sections and the leaders of the project didn’t reflect the gradation and given authority of the leaders. Because the leaders of the sections and leader of the project were named the same, the majority of people didn’t understand who is truly guiding a whole project and who is guiding the sections. „I think that the name identification of the sole control will form the status of the leader: mine, and the leaders of the sections. It will provide clarity and it will be easier to take the project to the international arena”, -says Mindaugas Jonušas.
